Continuous learning for teachers is the foundation of meaningful learning for students.
The school believes in continuous upskilling of teachers, and the Principal always encourages professional development initiatives that strengthen teaching practices. A teacher training session on Creative Thinking was conducted by Anansh Prasad, Founder of SkillSphere Education to enhance innovative teaching practices among educators. The workshop focused on key aspects of creative thinking including lateral, divergent, inspirational, systems and design thinking. Through interactive activities, teachers learned to challenge assumptions, generate diverse ideas, build empathy and apply structured problem-solving strategies in classrooms. The session proved enriching and highlighted the importance of regular teacher upskilling to effectively integrate creative thinking into everyday teaching practices.
