Nature is a teacher, and the more we learn from her, the more we realize how little we know.
On Friday, February 7, 2025, around 80 Dharavites from classes VI, VII and VIII embarked on an exciting educational visit to the 28th Indian Birding Fair at Man Sagar Promenade. This year’s Birding Fair centered on the theme of ‘Human-Wildlife Conflict,’ emphasizing the importance of coexisting harmoniously with wildlife. Our students had the valuable opportunity to engage with the esteemed wildlife researcher and author, Mr. Martin Goodman, who enlightened them on the impact of human activities on bird populations and wild animals. In addition, the students participated in a painting competition, where they expressed their creativity through beautiful bird-themed artwork.
