Students of grades IX and XI of Dharav High School embarked on an enriching trip to Kerala, exploring Cochin, Thekkady, and Kanyakumari.
In Cochin, they witnessed the iconic Chinese fishing nets and historic St. Francis Church, gaining insights into the city’s cultural heritage. Thekkady offered a thrilling water safari in Periyar Reserve and a visit to a spice garden, deepening their understanding of nature and agriculture. Kanyakumari’s Vivekananda Rock Memorial emphasized spirituality and self-reflection, while Kovalam Beach provided a moment for reflection.
Beyond sightseeing, the trip fostered teamwork, adaptability, and cultural appreciation. Students returned with lasting memories and valuable life lessons to apply in daily life.
