“Mental health is not just about mental illnesses; it's about mental well-being.”
The ‘Real to Reel’ competition organized for classes IX to XII aimed to raise awareness about mental health and promote well-being. Four students from each House participated, sharing their thoughts through group discussions and creative reels on topics like stress, anxiety, and self-care.
The activity emphasized the importance of practices like exercise, mindfulness, and social connections. It helped reduce stigma, encouraged open conversations and highlighted the value of a strong support system.
By blending discussion with creativity, ‘Real to Reel’ empowered students to prioritize their mental well-being and seek help when needed.
Integrity House secured the First position, Loyalty House stood Second and Humility House bagged the Third position.
