On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan students of Classes III to V visited the local police station to tie rakhis to the police officers as a gesture of gratitude and respect. This thoughtful initiative aimed to honour the police force for their constant dedication to ensuring public safety, much like the protective role traditionally symbolized by brothers during the festival.
The students, accompanied by their teachers, were warmly welcomed by the officers. They tied handmade rakhis, offered sweets and shared heartfelt messages of appreciation. In return, the officers interacted with the students, sharing insights into their duties and expressing gratitude for the students’ kind gesture.
Our Principal, Ms. Ritu Sharma said that it will not only strengthened the bond between the youth and law enforcement but will also instil a sense of civic pride and community responsibility among the students. It served as a reminder of the important role police personnel play in our lives and the value of acknowledging their service.
