Classes III to V celebrated Mathematics Week to mark National Mathematics Day and commemorate the birth anniversary of the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. Various engaging activities were planned for different classes. For Classes III and IV, a Mathematics Relay Race promoted quick thinking, accuracy and teamwork, while Class V students participated in a Shopping Spree Challenge and presented Mathematics Projects, helping them develop budgeting skills, calculation ability, decision-making, creativity and conceptual understanding.
A special morning assembly on National Mathematics Day was also conducted, highlighting the importance of Mathematics in real life, during which students sang a poem on shapes, making the learning experience joyful and meaningful.
The Principal appreciated the efforts and emphasised developing logical thinking and a positive attitude towards Mathematics through joyful learning.
