The festival of Holi was celebrated with great joy and vibrant enthusiasm by the students of Pre-Nursery to Grade 2. The day began with an engaging story session where teachers explained the significance of Holi, narrating the story of Prahlad and highlighting the victory of good over evil, along with the values of love, unity, and happiness. Students were also guided about the Do’s and Don’ts of Holi, focusing on safety, kindness, and celebrating in an eco-friendly manner.
During the activity segment, Pre-Nursery to Prep children created colourful pichkaris through paper craft and proudly displayed their work. Grade 1 and 2 students expressed their creativity by drawing beautiful Holi-themed pictures in their sketch files, featuring bright colours, flowers, drums, and festive scenes.
The highlight of the celebration was the joyful Flower Holi, where children played with fragrant petals amidst music and laughter. Our Principal, Ms Ritu Sharma addressed the students with a warm message, encouraging them to celebrate festivals with positivity, safety, and respect for one another, while spreading happiness and togetherness.
Overall, the Holi celebration was vibrant, meaningful, and thoroughly enjoyed by all the little learners.
